National Adult Literacy Week

Mary Flanagan, Adult Literacy Organiser with the LCETB joined Gavin Grace on Clare FM yesterday to raise awareness about the services offered by NALA to adults who wish to enhance their reading and writing skills. Mary was joined by NALA Learning Ambassadors, Joe McDonagh and Paul Birchill who spoke about their experience with the service.

Well done to Hazelwood College, Drumcollogher student Laura Stack who was one of only 13 students in the country to achieve 8 Grade H1 s in the Leaving Certificate results 2017.
