ETB Welcomes Opportunity to Open More Multi-Denominational Primary Schools

Limerick and Clare Education and Training Board has welcomed the announcement from the Department of Education to facilitate greater availability of multi-denominational schools across the country. The Schools Reconfiguration for Diversity process will support the transfer of primary schools to multi-denominational patrons.

Lots of Inspiration at this Year’s Virtual ‘Moving On Seminar’

The 9th annual ‘Moving On’ Seminar took place recently for those in the Youthreach and Community Training space. The annual event gave learners lots of inspiration, guidance and support and helped to prepare them to embark on various progression pathways into Further Education and Training and employment.

The Junior Health Sciences Early Careers Event 2022 gave students valuable information about the educational courses and careers that are open to them in healthcare in the Mid West region.

A selection of students from schools from all over the Mid-West gathered recently at the Clinical Education and Research Centre (CERC) at UHL to help launch this year’s Junior Health Sciences Academy Early Careers Event 2022.

New Year Welcome for Commencement of Construction at Site of Multi-Million Euro New Gaelcholáiste Luimnigh School Campus in Limerick City

The ETB welcomed the commencement on Tuesday 4th January 2022 of the multi-million euro development of a new school campus for Gaelcholáiste Luimnigh in Limerick City. The commencement was marked by school students at the site on Clare Street.
