Paul Moroney of desmond college, achieved great success in the Community Games during the summer when he won 3rd place in the All Ireland U16 Finals in Gymnastics. This sport which places great emphasis on core work and both upper and lower body strength is one of the most challenging, competitive but fast growing sports. As with all young athletes, Paul commitment to his sport and weekly training is the key to his great success.
