It was a pleasure to present at the Healthnic: Healthy and ethnic diet for inclusion 5th Partner meeting in Tralee. I was the coordinator for the very successful Irish workshop which was held in Limerick and Clare Education and Training Board’s Newcastle West Campus. The Irish workshop was facilitated by Dr. Kristin Brogan and Valerie McGrath of IT Tralee.
