The 9th annual ‘Moving On’ Seminar took place recently for those in the Youthreach and Community Training space. The annual event gave learners lots of inspiration, guidance and support and helped to prepare them to embark on various progression pathways into Further Education and Training and employment.

Thousands of students from all over Limerick, Clare and Tipperary took part in the recent two day Junior Health Sciences Academy ‘Early Careers’ Event 2022. The Junior Health Sciences Early Careers Event 2022 gave students valuable information about the educational courses and careers that are open to them in healthcare in the Mid West region.

The ETB welcomed the commencement on Tuesday 4th January 2022 of the multi-million euro development of a new school campus for Gaelcholáiste Luimnigh in Limerick City. The commencement was marked by school students at the site on Clare Street.

The Moynihan Benson family who have relocated from Melbourne Australia to the countryside valleys of South Limerick Sophie (age 7), Aurora (age 10) Amy, Eireann (age 5) and Daniel (age 12) pictured on their first day in the new school building in Glenroe, County Limerick as they moved into state-of-the-art facilities following the successful completion of refurbishment works at the school.
The pupils at Glenroe moved into state-of-the-art facilities on Monday 22nd November following the successful completion of refurbishment works at the school. Approval was granted by the Department of Education earlier this year to refurbish the school’s main building.
